Home Care Is The Best Care

Home Care
Our home care services are a viable alternative to moving into a care home, even when your loved-ones have complex health care needs.

Gone are the days of settling for a care home in our later years. Our team of home care experts provide much-needed help; from companionship, personal care and medical assistance, to assisting with everyday household tasks, shopping and attending appointments from as little as 1 hour a week, to 24 hours-a-day live-in services. Below are just some of the reasons why home care can be the right solution for you and your loved ones in later years:

Home care can be tailored to meet individual physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs and to fit a changing situation. Care plans can be flexible offering companionship, daily tasks or personal care and can be modified to include specialised care as the individual’s health status changes, ensuring that they continue to receive appropriate care and support.
Home care is better for those living with dementia and Alzheimer's, remaining in familiar surroundings allows the person receiving care to maintain a sense of independent and control over their living environment.
It allows individuals to follow their daily routines and habits. Age can wear down autonomy and independence, but people of all ages want to feel a sense of control over their lives. If you can empower individuals to take on simple day-to-day tasks, that will often help restore a sense of control and allow choice to wake up and go to bed at their preferred times, eat the foods they enjoy, and engage in activities that give them a sense of purpose.
